Touch panel is unresponsive

First, make sure the glasses are charged! When the magnetic charging cables are connected and charging, a red light will indicate that the glasses are being charged. When fully charged, the red light turns off.

If the touch panel is not responding, or acting crazy with "phantom taps", causing music to play/pause unexpectedly, please try a reset by following the .

If the above still doesn't work, the glasses may be "frozen". We recommend leaving the glasses lie for a day, so that the battery is fully drained, then charging again after 24 hours. This usually does the trick.
