Can I get lenses fitted elsewhere?

Yes, though you'll obviously want to check with whichever provider or shop you plan to take them to first. We've designed 1Glass's frames to use the same lens interface as is used in existing eyewear, so there's nothing special about the way the lenses are installed.

However, the glasses are non-adjustable. Whoever fits your lenses must not use heat or bending to adjust the frames or insert the lens. Doing so will break the damage or break the product and its electronic components.

If you take 1Glass to a third-party shop to be fitted with lenses, you'll want to explain to them that these are smart glasses, and that they must exercise extreme care when inserting the lenses.
