When will you ship?

Generally speaking, it takes 1-2 weeks to make a lens. It may take an additional 1-2 weeks to ship depending on your location around the world. This means delivery will occur about 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase.

However, if you purchase a prescription product but fail to send us your prescription, the process will take longer. The timelines above assume you send us your prescription on the same day you order. Since we can't start making your glasses until you send us your prescription details, the timelines may vary.
